Koupela

1. 10 pcv's, 6-7 of my bf friends and 4 members of bf friends of america convened for lunch and drinks at the "calypso" in koupela. Spent a good 4 hours there! The interest and idealism was palpable. What they are doing, hoping to do, and their reasons--often the enduring search for fulfillment and contributing to a better world-- for answering the pc call. Their excitement about being part of the exrraordinary group of pcvs and rpcvs from bf celebrating these anniversaries by not just their words but by their service, actions and imagination.
2. Floby. Played 2 songs and passed out the Moore and french ttranslations: Nos Reves and KIema. And a very good Moore speaker was pcv Chantal.
3.Had a call with jon berger. He was
In airport and he actualy spoke with and encouraged pcv's about their work. A debt of gratitude to him for his generous artistic contributions to our event logos.
4. Mtg with bf friends of america there.
5. Talked with pcv Kathryn near Boulsa who also went to same hs as me.
Hopefully she will be able to join the Namtenga celebration.
If there is a better way to celebrate the PC ideal of peace and the 3 goals, hand in hand with the Burkina ideal of independence and the advancement of freedom, I don't know what it could be.
